Contacting Kocaj Law, P.C. through this Site, by email, by phone, or via our chat or contact forms does not create an attorney-client relationship. We can only represent you after we conduct a conflicts check, agree to take your matter, and you and the firm sign a written engagement agreement.

Until an engagement agreement is signed, please do not send any confidential, privileged, or time-sensitive information. Information sent before an engagement is established may not be protected by the attorney-client privilege.

Adam Kocaj is licensed to practice law in the State of California and the State of Michigan.
